Sharla is a transplant from the Dallas area to the piney woods of east Texas and loves it! When she’s not working, she enjoys riding horses with her husband, Tommy, and spending time with family and friends. She is crazy about the outdoors (as long as it isn’t doing yard work) and can’t get enough of a night sky with stars instead of street lights.
Sharla says, “It is an honor to work with a staff of professionals who strive for excellence in every area. The nurses and therapists are concerned with more than just the medical condition, but with the variety of needs that illnesses sometimes present. Sharla says it is her privilege to educate and assist patients and their families in any way possible to help with social and emotional needs, as well as resource planning.
